Delivery Policy
Welcome to Le Manoir à Lingerie! We are committed to providing you with a pleasant and seamless delivery experience. Here are some details about our delivery policy:
- Delivery Areas: We currently deliver throughout mainland France. For international deliveries, please contact us at serviceclient@lemanoiralingerie.com to discuss available options.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are already included in the price displayed for all orders. For international deliveries, please contact us at serviceclient@lemanoiralingerie.com to discuss available options.
- Delivery Times: Delivery times are based on 3-5 business days. However, please note that these times may vary depending on the time of year.
- Order Tracking: All orders include a tracking number that you can use to track the status of your delivery. Once a package is delivered and marked by the carrier, Le manoir à lingerie is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
- Delivery Issues: Customers are required to report any delivery issues, including damaged packages or missing items, within 48 hours of receipt. Please contact us at serviceclient@lemanoiralingerie.com so we can quickly resolve any issues with your order.
- Home or collection point delivery: In the event of the customer's absence resulting in the package being unable to be delivered, the customer will be responsible for all costs associated with returning and reshipping the package. This also applies to deliveries to a collection point, where the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the package if it is returned.
Return policy
At Le Manoir à Lingerie, we understand that sometimes an item doesn't fit perfectly. Here's our return policy:
- Return Period: You have 14 days after receiving your order to initiate a return. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
- Condition of Items: Items must be returned unworn, with tags attached and in their original packaging.
- Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at serviceclient@lemanoiralingerie.com with your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return. Once your return is approved, follow the instructions we will provide.
- Refunds/Exchanges: Refunds will be issued upon receipt of the returned item. Exchanges are also possible, subject to stock availability. Shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
