1. Acceptance of the Conditions

5. Payment

Le Manoir à Lingerie accepts payment by Visa credit card, MasterCard, as well as other payment methods such as Paypal and ApplePay.

For international orders, an international transaction fee may be applied by the customer's card issuing bank. These costs are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Delivery

Delivery times for France are estimated at 3 to 5 working days from confirmation of the order. Please note that these lead times may vary depending on the time of year and logistical conditions.

All orders include a tracking number allowing the customer to track the status of their delivery. Once a package is delivered and marked as such by the carrier, Le Manoir à Lingerie cannot be held responsible for any loss or theft. The customer is responsible for providing correct delivery information.

In the event of the customer's absence making it impossible to deliver the package, the customer is responsible for all costs related to the return and reshipment of the package. This policy also applies to deliveries to relay points.

Le Manoir à Lingerie declines all responsibility in the event of non-execution or delay in the execution of delivery due to circumstances beyond our control, such as unforeseeable events, strikes, natural disasters, etc.

7. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with article L.121-21-3 of the Consumer Code , the customer has a right of withdrawal of 14 days from receipt of the order to return any product, provided that the returned items must be unworn, in their original packaging, with tags attached.

9. Liability
