Choosing your bra?

Before you begin, make sure you have a tape measure.

1. Measure your bust circumference by placing the tape just below your chest.

2. Measure your waistline by placing the tape horizontally at the tip of your breasts.

How to choose your panties or stockings?

Place the tape across the widest part of your hips.
